This Elliptical/Stepper solves the problem of deciding between an elliptical trainer or a stepper. Stamina's Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is both. Switching between Elliptical mode and Stepper mode is quick and easy. When the adjustment knobs are attached to the rail caps, the Elite Elliptical/Stepper is in Stepper mode. When the adjustment knobs are attached to the pedal sliders, the Elite Elliptical/Stepper is in the Elliptical mode. To change mode, just move the knobs on each slider.

Save room in your home and save money without losing quality. The Elite Elliptical Stepper uses a magnetic braking system that creates resistance for your workout. By programming the resistance, you control the intensity of your workout. Choose between 12 pre-programmed workouts and create and save up to four workouts.

The Elite's electronic console displays time, height, weight, RPM speed, MPH, distance, fat percentage, calories burned, and Body Metabolism Rate. Use the Elite Elliptical/Stepper in forward or reverse to vary your workout, and adjust the intensity level anytime during your workout by pressing the "+" button or "-" button on the console.
