System 2300 magnetic mattress pad is designed for people suffering from chronic back pain, hip pain, arthritis or other conditions involving greater discomfort. The mattress pad contains a a lot of very large, 1¼" diameter x 1/4" thick 4,300 gauss magnets that produce a powerful therapeutic magnetic field.

We increased the strength of the new System 2300 even more by adding 13,500 gauss neodymium magnets to significantly increase the effectiveness of the magnetic field over the back and hip areas, where a stronger, deeper penetrating magnetic field is needed.

The combination of extra-large, closely spaced, 4,300 gauss ceramic and 13,500 gauss neodymium magnets, is significantly more effective in relieving higher levels of discomfort.

There is a much thicker layer of Thera-Core™ high-density foam in the 2300 than there is in the 900 and 1800 magnetic mattress pads. What's great about Thera-Core is that it's softer than other high-density foams. so it's much more comfortable. It feels great on any mattress, including the soft pillow-top mattresses.

The 2300 magnetic mattress pads are extremely well made. So much so that they come with a Lifetime Warranty on the magnetic strength and on the construction of the pad.

Now we get to the outside of the pad. The top of the mattress pad is covered in a beautiful, cream colored, quilted Damask. The bottom of the pad is covered in a non-skid fabric so it doesn't slide around on your mattress. The pad is approximately 1¾" thick and will fit under a fitted sheet.
